A redesign is not a repaint.

An outdated website doesn't just look bad — it actively costs you credibility, leads, and revenue every day it stays live. Most visitors decide within seconds whether a business is worth their time. If your site fails that test, your sales process never even begins.

A redesign starts with an honest audit of your current site: what's structurally wrong, what messaging is unclear, what friction is killing conversions, and what performance issues are hurting visibility. Then we rebuild from the ground up — not reskin over the same broken foundation.

The goal isn't just a site that looks better. It's a site that works better — one that accurately represents your business, earns trust faster, and converts at a measurably higher rate than what you had before.

Ideal For

Businesses with an outdated or underperforming website that no longer reflects their quality — or one that's failing to convert at the rate their business deserves. If you're embarrassed to share your URL, it's time for a redesign.

Signs it's time for a redesign

Your site isn't converting

You're getting traffic but few inquiries or leads. The site isn't doing the job of converting visitors into clients — and you know the design, messaging, or structure is part of the problem.

Your brand has evolved, your site hasn't

Your business is significantly more capable and credible than it was when you built your current site. But visitors see the old version — and it's creating a gap in trust and first impressions.

Mobile is broken or embarrassing

Over half of web traffic is mobile. If your site is difficult to use on a phone — or just looks terrible — you're losing more than half your potential clients before they get past the first section.

What's included in every redesign project

Current site audit — structure, messaging, performance, conversion issues, and SEO gaps documented
Messaging and positioning review — ensuring your new site communicates the right things to the right audience
Full redesign — new UX structure, custom UI, and a complete visual system built for your current business
Full rebuild — responsive development, speed optimization, form integration, and complete testing
SEO continuity — preserve and improve existing rankings through the transition, including 301 redirects
Launch readiness review, deployment, and a post-launch support window to ensure a smooth transition

How a redesign project works

01

Site audit

We review your current site for structure, messaging, performance, mobile experience, conversion issues, and SEO gaps — documenting findings before proposing solutions.

02

Strategy & positioning

Based on the audit, we align on what needs to change — messaging direction, page structure, new pages needed, and how to communicate your positioning more effectively.

03

UX redesign

New page structure and wireframes built around how your audience needs to move through the site — resolving the structural issues identified in the audit.

04

Visual design

Complete custom visual design — new look, new feel, built to reflect the business you are now rather than the one you were when you launched.

05

Build & migrate

Full responsive development, SEO continuity (redirects + meta), integrations, and performance optimization — built on the new design.

06

Launch

Deployment with zero downtime, DNS management, and a post-launch review to confirm everything transitioned correctly.

Common questions about website redesigns

Will my Google rankings be affected during the redesign?

Only if not handled correctly — which is why we treat SEO continuity as a required part of every redesign. We audit your current rankings, preserve your existing URL structure where possible, implement 301 redirects for any changed URLs, and submit an updated sitemap after launch. A well-handled redesign often improves rankings rather than damaging them.

Do I lose any of my existing content?

No. We migrate all existing content you want to keep into the new design and structure. We'll flag any content that needs updating or replacing as part of the audit, and you can decide what stays, what changes, and what gets cut.

How long will my old site stay live during the redesign?

Your existing site stays live throughout the entire project. We build the new site on a staging environment that's only visible to you and your team. The switchover happens only when you've approved the new version and are ready to go live — with zero planned downtime.

Should I also refresh my brand during a redesign?

It depends on your brand's current state. If your logo and visual identity are still strong and distinctive, we can redesign the site within that existing system. If your brand feels dated or generic — especially alongside a new site — we'll discuss whether a brand refresh makes sense as part of the same engagement.
