For the best results, yes — and it's the most common scenario. We already know your codebase, design system, and brand, which means every update is consistent and fast. For sites built by other studios, we can onboard and take over support after a codebase review. We'll let you know what we find before committing.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No — both retainer plans are month-to-month. There's no contract to sign and no cancellation penalty. We prefer to earn your retention through the quality of the work rather than lock you into something. Most clients stay because it's genuinely valuable, not because they have to.

What counts as a "content update"?

A content update is any change to existing page content — swapping an image, updating copy, adding a team member, changing a price, updating a service description, or similar. New pages or significant design additions are considered design work and fall under the Design Support tier or are scoped separately.

How do I submit requests?

Retainer clients get a direct communication channel — no ticket system, no generic support email. You message us with what you need, we confirm scope and timeline, and we deliver. Simple. Most requests are completed within 48 hours.
