Brand Identity Design
Built to Be Recognized.
A complete visual identity built on strategy — not instinct. Logo suite, typography system, color palette, and brand guidelines that communicate your positioning before anyone reads a word.
What It Is
A visual system built on strategy, not instinct.
Brand identity is the system your business uses to be recognized, remembered, and trusted. Done right, it communicates your positioning before anyone reads a single sentence. Done wrong, it makes you look like every other option in the market — or worse, like you didn't invest in it at all.
FluxGrid Studio approaches brand identity as a strategic exercise first and a visual one second. We start by understanding your positioning, your audience, and what you want to be known for. The design follows that direction — not the other way around.
The result is a visual system you can use confidently across every touchpoint: your website, social media, print materials, proposals, and beyond. Every element has a reason, a rule, and a file format for it.
Ideal For
New businesses launching strong. Established businesses that have outgrown their current identity. Companies preparing for a digital push that need a brand that matches their ambition and signals the quality of their actual work.
Who It's For
The right fit for brand identity work
New businesses launching
You're launching and want to do it right the first time — with a brand that looks credible and premium from day one, not something you'll need to replace in six months.
Businesses that have grown past their brand
Your business has evolved — your prices, your clients, your positioning. But your brand still looks like it did when you started. It's time for the outside to match the inside.
Businesses preparing for a digital push
You're building or rebuilding a website, launching paid ads, or expanding your market reach. None of that works if your brand doesn't hold up under scrutiny.
Deliverables
What's included in every brand project
Every brand identity engagement delivers a complete, usable system — not just a logo file. Here's what you receive.
Process
How a brand project works
A clear process keeps the creative direction grounded and the revisions focused. Here's how every brand project runs.
Discovery
We learn your business — goals, audience, competitive landscape, and the impression you want to make. This shapes every design decision that follows.
Strategy brief
We document your brand positioning, tone, and visual direction before touching a design tool. You review and align on this before any design begins.
Concept design
We develop logo concepts and explore visual directions rooted in the strategy brief — presenting the strongest options with clear rationale.
Revision rounds
You provide feedback; we refine. Every revision round is focused on getting the direction exactly right — not just making changes for the sake of it.
System build-out
Once the logo direction is locked, we expand it into a full brand system — typography, color, layout rules, and the complete guidelines document.
Delivery
You receive every file format you need, organized and ready to use — across print, web, and digital applications.

FAQ
Common questions about brand identity
What's the difference between a logo and a brand identity?
A logo is a single mark. A brand identity is the complete visual system — logo, typography, colors, usage rules, and guidelines — that lets your business look and feel consistent across every application. A logo without a system tends to drift and dilute over time.
Do I need a brand identity before building my website?
Yes — ideally. Your website design should be built on top of your brand system, not the other way around. When we know your colors, typography, and visual direction first, the website design becomes faster, more coherent, and more distinctive. Many clients engage us for brand first, then website — or both at once.
How many logo concepts will I see?
We typically present 2–3 distinct logo concepts with clear rationale for each direction. After you select or combine elements from a preferred direction, we refine from there through revision rounds. We don't flood you with options — we show you the strongest directions.
Will my logo work in black and white?
Yes, every logo we design is tested in full color, one color, reversed on dark backgrounds, and black and white. All variants are included in your file delivery so you're covered in any situation — print, digital, embroidery, or signage.
What file formats do I receive?
You receive SVG (vector, infinitely scalable), PNG (transparent background and white background), and PDF. These cover every common use case. If you need additional formats for a specific application, just ask — we'll accommodate.
